Compensation notice:
Most positions are not immediately funded. Some roles may require a delayed start, deputized fundraising through Chazak, or volunteer service until funding becomes available.
You will be responsible to oversee all aspects of Chazak Rescue’s Operations Department. You are responsible for relationships with partner organizations. You are responsible for the coordination of all intel, security, and logistics related to Chazak team deployments. Your mission is to provide the framework that allows the vision of Chazak Rescue to become a reality.
The Administrative Assistant will work with all of the Chazak Academy Leadership Team, but ultimately answers to the Academy Team Lead. They do not have a vote on the LT, but they will join all LT meetings and have a voice. They may do tasks for Managers, Instructors, and Trainers in Academy, but these tasks will be assigned by Team Leaders if workload allows, and the Administrative Assistant only answers to Team Leaders.
The HR Team Leader is responsible to both lead the HR team as well as oversee the overall health of Chazak Rescue (CR).
The Wilderness Skills Trainer has the overall objective of preparing cadets to live effectively and efficiently out of a backpack without modern facilities in a variety of environments.
The Woman’s Advisor role should be held by a woman who will both advise staff regarding how to best gear our training to foster Godly femininity and advise female students as they progress through Chazak Academy.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for all social media accounts of Chazak Rescue.
Create attractive visuals for the Chazak Rescue brand.
The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Chazak Rescue.
